Refund policy

We Want You to be Satisfied!

Upon receipt of your purchase, you have 14 days to request a return authorization for any reason via our Contact Us page.  We can only accept returns of unopened, unused, and intact items - preferably in the original shipping container with the original packing material.  When we authorize a return, you must ship it back within 7 business days of the authorization.  If the return is initiated because you received the incorrect item or the item was severely damaged in shipping (pictures required), we will send you a return label - otherwise, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping.  Returns shipped after 7 days of authorization will be refused at our facility and returned back to you.

When the return is received at our facility in the same condition that we shipped it, we will credit you back the full price of the item(s), however we cannot refund the original shipping cost unless we sent you an incorrect item or was damaged in shipping.

If we receive the purchase damaged, missing parts, or materially different in anyway, we will charge a 50% restock fee.
