Shipping policy

Quick and Safe!

Most orders are processed within one business day. 

For flat rate shipping offers, we will choose the method of shipment.

We will provide you with tracking information as soon as it is available.

We are not responsible for mistakes made by the carrier, however we will do everything in our power to make the situation right.

All orders are meticulously packed to ensure safe delivery.

International Customers:

You are responsible for all taxes and duties due upon receipt.  If an item is shipped back to us due to non-payment of these fees, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.  You will not be refunded for the shipping fee.

We can give you the option of shipping via International 1st class for items 4lbs and under.  This method is less expensive but typically takes 4-6 weeks or longer.

International Priority Mail is the preferred shipping option as it is faster and provides more detailed tracking information.

We will take responsibility damages during shipping and lost packages if this occurs in the U.S.A, otherwise, we have no control over packages once they have left our country.

You will not be charged for the order until it ships.
