Hasegawa HAS-49217 (No.217) 1/700 IJN Aircraft Carrier SHOHO
2025 Production of Imperial Japanese Navy Aircraft Carrier, Shoho presented with waterline hull.
The Shoho was originally planned as the oiler Kensai and launched at the Yokosuka Arsenal in June 1935.
However, in the middle of the outfitting work, conversion to a submarine tender began, and it was completed as a submarine tender in January 1939.
However, due to the expiration of the London Disarmament Treaty, it began refurbishment work again in January 1941 (Showa 16) only two years later, and transformed into an aircraft carrier.

25mm triple machine guns × 4
25 mm twin machine guns× 4

Model kit has moveable turrets and with increased array of Anti-aircraft guns.
